Apply for a place at Horizon Life Training

Our training facility is specifically aimed at individuals completing a long term Christian rehabilitation programme from drugs and/or alcohol.

All interested applicants need to discuss their interest in applying for residence at HLT with their current Support Worker or local Church Pastor/Mentor as they will be required to endorse any application. Our referral criteria can be found here: HLT Referral Criteria.

Following this, an application form must be completed. You can download and print our HLT Resident Application Form, which can then be sent to admissions@horizonlifetraining.org.uk.

How Can I Get Help?

If you are looking to complete the Horizon Life Training programme, you will need to complete an application form.

How long is the Programme?

The programme lasts for a minimum of 9 months.

Who Do You Accept?

Individuals who have been addicted to life controlling problems, and who are looking for next steps after completing a Christian rehabilitation program.

What Happens Next?

Once an application has been approved and accepted the applicant will be invited to attend a ‘Taster Week’ to ensure they experience a normal week day routine and personal free time over the weekend which also allows attendance at a local church.
